One extra language proficiency is preferred. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n\n* Handle back office tickets, and provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers.\n\n* Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools.\n\n* Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.\n\n* Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks. \n\n\n\nRequirements: \n\n\n\n* Bachelor degree or above.\n\n* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.\n\n* High level of honesty and integrity.
