The Operator position is a position for new hires with significant related experience or significant technical education in related fields. The Operator shall have the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the process, including knowledge of the mechanical and electrical systems at the plant. The Plant Operator is responsible for carrying out basic Operations and maintenance tasks throughout the facility. The Operator position includes but not limited to the monitoring and oversight of the plants, starting and stopping equipment, issue troubleshooting and resolution, and decision making on minor process changes.
Requirements
<\/strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<\/strong>- Take shifts of full responsibility for monitoring the plant operations as necessary and directed.<\/li>
- Start and Stop equipment as necessary and as directed.<\/li>
- Make adjustments to the process as necessary and\/or directed.<\/li>
- Use daily checklists to appropriately and accurately record plant data flows, pressures and other measurements of the process and equipment. Responsible for reporting data as required by the company.<\/li>
- Make daily observations of the equipment and process to ensure that it is working correctly and safely. This includes but is not limited to looking for leaking pipes, fittings and equipment, unsafe conditions, non-standard data, unusual vibrations, sounds, smells or operating temperatures.<\/li>

<\/strong>- High School Diploma or equivalent required.<\/li>
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer engagement, or contact center environments with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.<\/li>
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer engagement environment utilizing CRM and customer interaction platforms. Experience with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar enterprise customer service technologies.<\/li>
- Knowledge of Coca\u00e2\u0080\u0091Cola customer engagement processes, systems, and ways of working preferred.<\/li>
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first mindset.<\/li>
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues with creativity and composure under pressure.<\/li>
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.<\/li>
- Ability to consistently interpret and apply policies, workflows, and service standards.<\/li>

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>- Coordinate and execute project plans within defined scope, timelines, and budgets<\/li>

Role Description<\/strong><\/p>The Associate Director of Athlete Engagement is a remote-first, part-time role with occasional in-person travel for events and athlete engagements. This role is the primary point of contact and relationship owner for all college and professional athletes across the Axe Sports Group roster \u00e2\u0080\u0094 the person athletes trust, go to first, and rely on to keep things moving.<\/p>

Beyond relationship management, this role plays a key operational part in tracking and managing athlete deliverables across active brand partnerships and NIL campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new athletes and communicating campaign expectations and timelines, tracking deliverables such as social posts, appearances, and content deadlines, following up to ensure content is submitted and brand-compliant, and coordinating with internal team members and brand partners to keep campaigns on track. The Associate Director also flags and escalates missed deadlines or communication gaps proactively, and represents the Axe Sports Group brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity in every athlete interaction.<\/p>

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>- 3\u00e2\u0080\u00935 years of experience in athlete relations, talent management, sports marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field<\/li>
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with people quickly<\/li>
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple athletes and campaigns simultaneously<\/li>
- Experience working with or around college or professional athletes strongly preferred<\/li>
- Familiarity with NIL, brand deal structures, or influencer marketing is a plus<\/li>
- Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through<\/li>
- Comfortable with occasional travel for events or in-person athlete engagements<\/li><\/ul>
